Makeup Tips for a New You

Dying for a facial makeover? Start by improving your makeup techniques. A carefully and correctly applied makeup can change and improve one’s appearance instantly.

For a new you, try these valuable makeup tips:

1. No matter how much makeup you apply, nothing beats a healthy, rosy skin free from pimples or acne. Make it a habit to clean the face using a gentle cleanser and toner before and after putting on makeup. Improve skin’s complexion and reduce dark spots by applying sunblock before applying moisturizer. If you can find a suitable moisturizer with sunblock, it would be better for added protection.

2. For an added glow, don’t just apply blush on the apple of your cheeks. Brush some blush on the tip of your nose and the center of your chin as well. This will give you a bit of color without overdoing it.

3. Eye trick to remember: Always apply a light eyeshadow base on your eyelid first. Then take a darker shade of the same color and apply in on the crease of your lids and out. Blend it really well. Apply some mascara to complete your look. If you wish, you can even apply some fake eyelashes.
